Simple materials can mean a stand-out location.

DIRT

For a restaurant whose concept is eating clean – the primary source of its ingredients captured in the name of the restaurant, Dirt – the design had to reflect the simplicity of the foods and appeal to extremely health-conscious consumers.

Miami, Florida

The largely neutral interior – beige wooden planks, white marble, copper – allow the colors of the food to present beautifully and come alive in a vibrant, beautiful composition during the rush of lunch and dinner. Through the bustling and neon-lit streetscapes of South Beach, Dirt stands as a grounded and welcome reprieve.
