The leafy greens and fresh [fresh? Vibrant?] toppings are displayed to customers, while simple high and low-top tables paired with green and white metal Tolix-style chairs give the place an industrial farmhouse chic. To fill some of the empty space near the ceiling, low-cost wall graphics with “Green” written in various languages give the restaurateurs big bang for their buck.
